Miscellaneous: Standardizing of Names for Asian Vegetables in Australia
The NSW Department of Primary Industries in conjunction with Coles and Woolworths supermarkets, Harris Farm Markets, Sydney Markets and the Australian vegetable industry have developed a standardized national system for Asian vegetable names which was launched on November 7, 2005 at Cabramatta in Sydney.
